Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate a sharp cooldown in São Paulo driven by a strong southerly flow and associated cloud cover and precipitation, keeping daytime maxima near 14–15 °C on September 6. This pattern, confirmed in official guidance from agencies tracking regional pressure gradients and moisture advection, represents a significant departure from early-September climatology of roughly 23 °C. Model consensus favors a peak no higher than 15–16 °C, with limited upward revision expected before the daily maximum is recorded. Traders have therefore concentrated implied probability on 15–17 °C outcomes, reflecting both the current forecast envelope and the narrow resolution window for official station readings.
