Hourly data shows morning lows near 5°C rising modestly under southerly winds gusting to 33 km/h, but thick cloud cover suppressed solar heating, preventing further intensification. This aligns with recent regional patterns of below-normal temperatures, about 4–6°C under early May climatological averages of 16–18°C. Realistic challenges are minimal—only a rare post-finalization revision for data quality issues could shift resolution, as observations are now quality-controlled and binding.
