Forecast models from NOAA and other agencies indicate a frontal system approaching the Pacific Northwest, bringing increased cloud cover, rain, and modest cooling to Seattle by September 25, with overnight lows centered near 50°F amid marine air influence and light winds. This setup supports the market's leading 52-53°F outcome at 47.5% implied probability, while divergence in model runs on exact timing and intensity sustains notable odds on both warmer (64°F+) and cooler (45°F or below) brackets. Recent September observations show typical lows in the low-to-mid 50s, with the current pattern aligning closely to climatological baselines but subject to rapid updates from short-range guidance.
