Oura’s May 2026 confidential S-1 filing and continued revenue doubling—projected near $1.5–2 billion for 2026 versus $500 million in 2024—anchor trader sentiment around the $10–20 billion closing market-cap range, with the $20 billion-plus outcome leading at 15.5 percent implied probability. Last year’s $900 million Series E at an $11 billion valuation, underwritten by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan, sets the base, yet strong wearable demand competes with execution risks, potential 2026 IPO-market volatility, and comparable multiples that could compress or expand final pricing. The tight spread across buckets, including 12.8 percent on no IPO before January 2027, reflects uncertainty over timing, 2026 results, and broader equity sentiment as catalysts.

Resolution will be based on the primary exchange’s official listing page. In the event that the relevant figure is not displayed, another reliable source will be used.
In the event of an interruption in the course of the normal trading session on Oura’s first day of trading (e.g., a circuit breaker or half-day), the market will resolve according to the official closing price of the abbreviated session.
