In the ATP Challenger Wuning semifinals on hard courts, trader consensus prices Fajing Sun at 50% implied probability against Pavel Kotov, reflecting a closely contested matchup with no prior head-to-head meetings. Sun, ranked 251, holds a slight edge as the home player in China with strong recent form, including straight-set quarterfinal wins over Philip Sekulic (7-6(2), 6-3) and Ethan Cook (7-5, 6-4), marking his second quarterfinal of 2026. Kotov (299) counters with his own momentum, defeating August Holmgren 2-0 in quarters after Ilia Simakin, showcasing solid hard-court play amid both players' efficient paths through the draw. Late injury reports or surface conditions could shift odds, as upsets remain common in Challengers.
