Jannik Sinner advanced to the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters semifinals with a clinical 6-3, 6-4 quarterfinal win over Felix Auger-Aliassime on April 10, extending his ATP Masters 1000 winning streak despite earlier hip concerns and a third-round wobble that snapped a 37-set record. Alexander Zverev, a clay-court specialist with strong baseline defense, powered through his draw dominantly, tying a historic mark while brushing off a recent injury scare. Sinner leads their head-to-head 8-4 overall and 1-1 on clay, having won the last six encounters including straight-sets defeats in recent Indian Wells and Miami semifinals. On Monte Carlo's slower outdoor clay, Zverev's experience and rest advantage could test Sinner's serving efficiency, but the world No. 1's peaking form drives trader consensus toward the Italian in this third straight Masters 1000 semifinal clash.
