Official National Weather Service forecasts for Dallas on September 10 project a high near 100°F under mostly sunny skies, with a slight afternoon chance of showers or thunderstorms that could modestly limit peak heating if convection develops earlier. This aligns with model consensus showing southwesterly flow and above-normal temperatures amid an ongoing heat pattern, where daily highs have recently reached 100–102°F. The 98–101°F range dominates trader-implied probabilities because ensemble guidance clusters tightly around these values, well above the 1991–2020 average high of 91°F, while the low odds for extremes reflect limited potential for significant deviation absent major forecast shifts. Updated NWS briefings and afternoon model runs will provide the next key data points before resolution.
