Official National Weather Service observations recorded a minimum temperature of 62°F in Denver on September 11, 2026, aligning with the 97.5% market-implied probability for the 62-63°F bin. Clear skies, light winds, and above-normal daytime heating contributed to this outcome, which exceeded the 1991-2020 climatological average low of 51°F by a full 11 degrees. Recent model guidance and surface observations throughout the evening of September 10 showed limited overnight cooling potential under stable high pressure. Scenarios that could have challenged this result, such as unexpected cloud cover, a stronger downslope wind event, or a passing front, did not materialize based on verified data.
