Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner clash in the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters final on clay, extending their marquee ATP rivalry where Alcaraz leads 10-6 head-to-head and boasts superior surface history with 10 clay titles to Sinner's lone Umag 250 triumph. Both navigated tough paths, dropping sets en route—Sinner's 37-set Masters winning streak snapped against Machac before advancing, while Alcaraz recovered strongly mirroring his rival's pattern—without confirmed injury setbacks beyond Sinner's brief nausea-related medical timeout. Alcaraz's defending champion status and clay-court dominance contrast Sinner's relentless baseline game, with world No. 1 ranking points potentially at stake in this first Masters 1000 final between them.
