Pavel Kotov holds trader consensus favor over Yi Zhou in their ATP Challenger Busan Open round-of-32 clash on hard courts, driven by his 1-0 head-to-head edge from a straight-sets win at the 2024 Beijing hard-court event and superior recent form, including a semifinal run at the prior Wuning Challenger with three-set victories over Fajing Sun and Ilia Simakin plus a deciding-set win against Harry Wendelken. Yi Zhou, hovering around ATP No. 225-360, posted early exits like losses to Yoshihito Nishioka and Sanhui Shin in recent qualifiers and first rounds. With both outside the top 200 and no reported injuries or withdrawals, Kotov's momentum and surface familiarity outweigh Zhou's regional support amid neutral weather conditions.
