**No raid on Epstein storage units appears likely in 2026, consistent with the 92.5% implied probability for that outcome.** Reporting in February 2026 revealed that Jeffrey Epstein rented at least six storage units across the U.S. (primarily Florida and New York) from as early as 2003, using private investigators to move computers, photos, and other items from his properties ahead of earlier law enforcement actions. Search warrants and financial records from the major DOJ document releases in late 2025 and early 2026 indicated authorities had not searched these units during the 2019 investigations. Since that disclosure, no federal warrants, announcements, or enforcement actions targeting the units have been reported. Recent developments instead center on civil litigation filed in September 2026 by survivors seeking notification and damages related to child sexual abuse material already seized from Epstein properties, alongside congressional oversight activity on Epstein associates and document transparency. These efforts focus on existing evidence and victim remedies rather than new physical searches. With more than seven months elapsed since the storage-unit details surfaced and no new investigative triggers or official statements indicating imminent action, trader consensus reflects the absence of concrete steps toward raids before year-end. Resolution would require verifiable law enforcement activity meeting the market’s criteria within the calendar year.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any private individual or government authority discovers and examines the contents of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
A qualifying storage unit must contain items previously belonging to or associated with Jeffrey Epstein at the time it is examined. The examination of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein which no longer contains any items related to Epstein will not count.
Only searches conducted within this market’s timeframe will count. Previously available or newly published information which demonstrates that storage units previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein were examined prior to this market’s creation will not count.
The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
