Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Official meteorological forecasts for Beijing on June 6 indicate a maximum temperature near 19°C, well below the typical early-June average of 28–32°C, driven by a persistent cool air mass and increased cloud cover associated with regional frontal systems. Numerical weather prediction models from agencies such as the China Meteorological Administration show consistent guidance on limited daytime heating, with dew points and wind patterns suppressing the usual solar warming. This strong consensus underpins the market’s 100% implied probability for 22°C or below. A rapid shift in steering winds or unexpected clearing could allow modest warming, though current observational trends and model agreement make significant upward revisions unlikely before resolution.
