Jeff Pixley remains a distant second, supported by his extensive military background as a retired Air Force colonel, though with comparatively less demonstrated grassroots presence in key areas like Norman and Lawton. The two-candidate field featured overlapping veteran profiles and policy emphases on education, healthcare, and national security, leaving limited late-cycle developments to shift implied probabilities before primary voting concluded.
