Marília Arraes (PDT) holds the strongest position in the Pernambuco Senate race due to consistent polling leads, including a Quaest survey placing her ahead of rivals, which aligns with her 78.5% implied probability in trader consensus. As a former federal deputy with coalition backing from the Popular Front, including PSB and allied parties, her campaign has emphasized consolidation through recent ticket adjustments naming Edjane Figueiredo. Incumbent Humberto Costa (PT) follows at lower odds amid shared coalition dynamics, while opposition figures like Eduardo da Fonte and others trail further behind. National polarization and social media engagement have shaped state-level momentum ahead of the October 4 vote, with trader assessments reflecting these survey trends and structural advantages for established candidates.
