Columbus Crew host Orlando City SC in the MLS US Open Cup semifinal amid tight trader pricing that reflects balanced Eastern Conference dynamics. Columbus sit 13th in the East with just 23 points from 24 league matches and recent results showing inconsistency, including multiple losses, though they benefit from home advantage at ScottsMiracle-Gro Field. Orlando, in sixth place with 31 points, arrive with stronger momentum after a four-game unbeaten run featuring wins over Atlanta United and others, plus a solid road record in key fixtures. Head-to-head history remains close with frequent draws, while injury lists affect both sides—Columbus missing key contributors like Wessam Abou Ali and Orlando dealing with absences such as Adrián Marín. These factors sustain the competitive balance reflected in current implied probabilities.
