Latest ensemble forecasts from DWD and ECMWF models show a frontal system approaching Munich on September 5, 2026, with widespread cloud cover, showers, and westerly winds limiting daytime heating after a warmer September 4. This setup supports trader consensus around 23–24°C as the most probable maximum, with the slight edge to 24°C reflecting afternoon model peaks near that threshold. Precipitation probabilities above 70% further cap potential warming, while historical September averages near 21°C provide context for the modest elevation. New high-resolution runs and observational updates from the German Weather Service in the next 24–48 hours remain the key variables that could shift implied probabilities between these closely matched outcomes.
