Recent forecasts for Busan point to a maximum temperature near 25–27°C on September 9 under persistent northeast winds and mostly clear to partly cloudy skies, producing the tight market split between 26°C (34.5%) and 27°C (32.0%). Official guidance from regional models shows highs in the mid-20s Celsius, consistent with early-September climatology near 26.5°C and a cooling trend driven by high pressure and onshore flow that limits daytime warming. Low precipitation chances and moderate humidity support modest afternoon peaks, yet small differences in wind speed, cloud timing, or local sea-breeze effects create genuine uncertainty in the exact maximum. Traders are weighting the latest model consensus and historical analogs ahead of official observations that will resolve the market.
