Official National Weather Service forecasts for Miami on September 7 project a high near 89°F under a pattern of high humidity, southeast flow, and afternoon thunderstorms, consistent with early-September climatology where daily maxima typically reach the upper 80s to low 90s. Persistent moisture and convective development in the afternoon often cap peak temperatures by enhancing cloud cover and evaporative cooling, while morning insolation supports readings in the 88–91°F range. Recent model runs and local observations show no major steering changes or tropical influences that would push extremes higher or allow cooler air advection. Trader consensus reflected in the 44.5% odds for 90–91°F and 27% for 88–89°F aligns with this guidance, though final resolution hinges on the precise timing and intensity of storms, which updated NWS briefings will refine.
