Recent forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and aligned models project a daytime high near 28°C in Seoul and Incheon on September 18 under easterly flow, partial cloud cover, and light winds, with no significant frontal systems or moisture expected. This stable late-summer pattern, following similar 27–28°C readings on September 17, anchors the 52.5% market-implied probability for 28°C while supporting smaller shares for 27°C and 29°C. Minor model spread in boundary-layer mixing and urban heat effects creates the observed distribution, with resolution hinging on the official daily maximum reported by Incheon stations.
