Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate a daily maximum temperature of 27–28°C in Seoul and Incheon on September 19 under a stable high-pressure regime with light northeasterly flow and partly cloudy skies. Diurnal heating will peak in the afternoon amid moderate humidity and minimal precipitation risk, consistent with early-autumn climatology slightly above the long-term average. The narrow spread between 27°C and 28°C in market odds reflects model differences in cloud cover timing and boundary-layer mixing, which can shift the exact peak by 1°C. No significant synoptic changes are expected before resolution, though updated runs from the Korea Meteorological Administration could refine the outcome.
