Recent forecasts from multiple models, including those aligned with Korea Meteorological Administration guidance, indicate mostly clear skies and northeasterly flow over the Seoul-Incheon region on September 4, supporting daytime highs near 28–30°C with minimal cloud cover or precipitation. This pattern follows a period of warming under high pressure, with September 3 expected to reach around 31°C before a slight moderation from marine-influenced winds. Consensus across sources points to a peak near 29–30°C as the most probable outcome, consistent with early-September climatology adjusted for current conditions, while lower probabilities for 31°C or higher reflect limited potential for stronger insolation or stalled fronts. Updated model runs closer to the date will refine the exact maximum.
