Apvienotais saraksts (AS) has emerged as the frontrunner in recent polling trends for Latvia’s October 3 Saeima election under the proportional representation system with a 5% threshold, reflecting gains of several points over the past quarter and consistent leads in surveys such as the latest SKDS results. Traders appear to view AS’s regionalist and green-conservative platform as effectively consolidating support among rural and moderate voters amid dissatisfaction with the incumbent coalition. LPV and SV trail closely in vote-share projections but show less momentum toward finishing first, while PRO maintains a narrower path through urban progressive turnout. The tight multi-party field leaves room for late shifts driven by coalition negotiations or turnout differentials in the five electoral districts, though current data points to AS holding the strongest position to secure the largest seat share.
