Recent polling trends position Apvienotais Saraksts (AS) as the frontrunner for the October 3, 2026 Saeima election, with consistent leads around 17-19% support that translate into the highest implied probability among traders. LPV and SV trail as the next strongest contenders on populist and sovereignty-focused platforms, drawing from voter dissatisfaction with the incumbent coalition of JV, PRO, and ZZS amid domestic economic pressures and limited policy delivery. PRO and NA remain competitive but further back in aggregates, while smaller parties like JV show limited momentum. The current market pricing reflects these survey patterns and the multi-party proportional system, where no single list is expected to secure a majority and coalition negotiations will follow seat allocation. No major late-breaking developments have shifted the relative standings in recent weeks.
