Recent polling trends have positioned Apvienotais Saraksts (AS) as the frontrunner for the most seats in Latvia’s October 2026 parliamentary election, reflected in trader consensus around 50%. The party benefits from its role in the current governing coalition alongside Jaunā Vienotība and Nacionālā apvienība, with steady support among centrist and rural voters. Latvija pirmajā vietā (LPV) trails at roughly 30% amid its populist appeal but faces challenges consolidating broader backing. Smaller parties including Progresīvie and Saskaņa register limited momentum, constrained by vote thresholds and fragmented opposition. No major coalition shifts or late-breaking events have significantly altered the ordering in recent weeks, leaving the race centered on AS’s structural advantages in the proportional system.
