Recent polling trends position Apvienotais saraksts (AS) as the frontrunner for the October 2026 Saeima election, reflecting its role in the May government formation and consistent lead in surveys projecting the largest seat share. Trader consensus on AS reflects its center-right appeal amid security concerns and coalition stability. LPV maintains second place through populist positioning on domestic issues, while SV draws support from nationalist voters. PRO, JV, and NA trail due to fragmented coalition dynamics and lower projected seat totals. No major developments have shifted standings significantly in recent weeks, with the race centered on which alliance secures the plurality under Latvia's proportional system.
