Latest Met Office and ensemble guidance points to a minimum temperature of 11–12 °C in London on September 18, driven by overnight radiative cooling under partly cloudy skies and light southwesterly winds within a mild maritime air mass. Model consensus shows early-morning readings bottoming near 11 °C before daytime warming to around 21 °C, consistent with typical mid-September climatology and the absence of strong high pressure or cold advection. Traders have priced 12 °C at 57 % and 11 °C at 25.5 % implied probability because recent model runs have remained stable, with only minor spread in boundary-layer forecasts. Updated high-resolution guidance tonight and official observations tomorrow will determine final resolution.
