Persistent northeasterly flow and an approaching upper-level low are sustaining high humidity and scattered showers across South Florida, limiting radiational cooling and supporting overnight lows near 78°F for Miami on September 18. National Weather Service guidance and ensemble models show consensus around upper 70s amid easterly winds and elevated dew points near 76°F, consistent with late-September climatology where average lows hover near 77°F. Recent model runs have narrowed the range, elevating implied probabilities for 76-79°F outcomes while keeping lower bins (74°F or below) viable only if unexpected clearer skies develop overnight. Traders are monitoring the next NHC and local forecast updates for any shifts in steering or moisture.
