United Russia holds a commanding lead in the Tyumen Oblast Duma election following the September 18–20 vote, with preliminary counts showing the party at approximately 61–62% in the party-list portion and victories in nearly all single-mandate districts. This positioning reflects the party’s established regional organizational strength, support from the governor and aligned local administrations, and historically high mobilization in a multi-day voting period that also coincided with federal elections. Opposition parties including LDPR and CPRF trail significantly, consistent with patterns in prior cycles. While the margin appears decisive, final certification, full district tabulation, or any procedural disputes could still influence the ultimate seat distribution before market resolution.
