Panathinaikos clings at 47%, leveraging their February Greek Cup triumph over the same foes and proven playoff mettle in this eternal Athens-Piraeus clash, even after five losses including a recent upset to Iraklis. With top-eight teams advancing to best-of-five quarterfinals amid grueling dual EuroLeague schedules and final regular-season tilts, the duopoly dominates, relegating AEK, PAOK, and others to underdog status below 6%.
