Tesla shares closed at $322.08 on August 3 amid volatility following the July 22 Q2 2026 earnings release, where revenue beat estimates at $28.24 billion but adjusted EPS of $0.33 missed consensus and margins compressed. Traders are weighing ongoing AI and robotaxi investment costs against regulatory headwinds, including the late-July NHTSA probe into Model 3 and Y suspension issues affecting over 1.2 million vehicles. Broader sector rotation and analyst target reductions, such as Stifel’s cut to $491, have contributed to the stock trading well below its 52-week high near $499. Key near-term sentiment drivers include any fresh updates on Cybercab deployment timelines or delivery trends, with the August 4 close reflecting aggregated real-money positioning on these fundamentals.

If the two specified prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No".
Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding.
If Tesla, Inc. (TSLA) does not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve 50-50.
For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange.
