Current numerical weather prediction models, including GFS and ECMWF runs, indicate mostly clear skies and light variable winds over Beijing on September 14, supporting a daily maximum temperature near 27–28°C. This consensus aligns with the market-implied probabilities, where 28°C leads at 46% and 27°C follows at 33%, reflecting trader aggregation of stable high-pressure conditions and minimal moisture. Mid-September climatology places the average high around 26.7°C, with recent observations showing a slight warm bias under dry northerly flow. Updated model guidance and official China Meteorological Administration briefings expected in the next 24–48 hours represent the primary near-term catalysts for any probability shifts.
