Strategy (MSTR) shares, recently trading near $142 after a gap-down open and rebound, remain tightly correlated to Bitcoin price action and the firm’s Bitcoin treasury strategy. With holdings at approximately 845,050 BTC following the purchase of 4,603 coins for roughly $370 million, the stock offers leveraged exposure to digital asset moves amid resumed accumulation funded by equity issuance. Analyst sentiment has turned more constructive, with B. Riley raising its price target to $175 and maintaining a Buy rating while the consensus stands at Strong Buy. Key near-term drivers include Bitcoin volatility around $80,000 levels, any fresh treasury updates, and broader risk appetite, with the company’s software operations and AI initiatives providing secondary support.
