Despite the Department of Justice's release of over 3.5 million pages, thousands of videos, and images from Epstein files under the 2025 Epstein Files Transparency Act—primarily in January and February 2026—no new indictments or charges have emerged in the US against associates named in the disclosures. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche signaled in early February that the materials lack credible evidence for additional prosecutions beyond Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, citing issues like statutes of limitations and unverified allegations. While international probes have led to some arrests abroad, ongoing FBI reviews have yielded no US action as of mid-April 2026, driving trader consensus to an implied 77.5% probability of no charges tied to the files.
