Rockstar Games and Take-Two have officially confirmed a $79.99 standard edition price for GTA VI on PlayStation 5, with an Ultimate Edition at $99.99, aligning with the broader industry shift toward $80 console titles. Pre-order details released in June 2026 locked in a November 19, 2026 console launch following an earlier delay from May, with no further slippage reported. This pricing reflects Rockstar’s emphasis on the game’s expanded single-player scope and online features rather than a standard $69.99 tag, driven by production scale and competitive positioning against other premium releases. Traders should watch for any last-minute bundle adjustments or regional variations ahead of the November window, as these could influence exact resolution criteria.
