Current forecasts from multiple models show Moscow under northwesterly flow bringing cooler air masses, with persistent cloud cover limiting daytime heating and expected highs clustered between 13–18 °C. This setup, following a cooler start to the week, drives the market’s concentration on 13–15 °C outcomes while leaving room for variance from model spread or brief clearing. Historical September averages near 18 °C provide context, yet the near-term pattern favors below-normal readings. Updated runs from agencies such as the Hydrometeorological Center and ensemble guidance ahead of September 8 will be the key variables traders monitor for shifts in implied probabilities.
