Recent National Weather Service forecasts for San Francisco on August 26 project a high near 71°F under partly cloudy skies, with a persistent marine layer and southwest winds of 5-15 mph limiting warming from the Pacific. Trader sentiment clusters on 74-77°F outcomes because microclimate variations across the city, haze dissipation, and subtle shifts in onshore flow or boundary-layer mixing can add several degrees beyond official point forecasts. Historical August 26 averages near 70°F provide context, while model consensus shows low precipitation risk but acknowledges typical forecast spreads of 3-5°F in coastal zones. Updated NWS briefings and afternoon observations will refine these factors ahead of market resolution.
