The Cleveland Guardians and Atlanta Braves enter Sunday's rubber match at Truist Park with their series tied 1-1, following Atlanta's 11-5 opener win powered by homers from Ronald Acuña Jr., Michael Harris II, and Matt Olson in a six-run sixth, countered by Cleveland's 6-0 shutout Saturday behind Parker Messick's 0.82 ERA gem over Martín Pérez. Braves hold early advantages with MLB-best 2.5 runs allowed per game and 5.1 scored, bolstered by Truist Park home splits (5-2), while Guardians show road resilience post-home stand. Notable absences: Guardians SS Gabriel Arias (hamstring, 10-day IL), OF George Valera (calf); Braves 2B Ha-seong Kim (finger, out until May). Mild weather poses no delay risk; watch probable pitchers and lineup scratches.
