Tampa Bay Rays enter the series finale against the Chicago White Sox on a four-game road winning streak, capped by an 8-5 victory yesterday at Guaranteed Rate Field, bolstering their 10-7 record atop the AL East. The struggling White Sox (6-12, last in AL Central) limp home with a 3-4 mark, hampered by poor early-season form and scoring woes. Probable starters Steven Matz (Rays) and Anthony Kay (White Sox) set a matchup tilting toward Tampa Bay's superior pitching depth, with minor absences like Rays infielder Gavin Lux (shoulder) and Sox catcher Kyle Teel (hamstring) unlikely to shift dynamics. Partly cloudy conditions at 70°F pose no major concerns, underscoring Rays momentum as key to trader consensus.
