The Amapá Senate race for one of two seats remains open for second place behind frontrunner Rayssa Furlan, whose strong polling lead stems from family political ties and alliances supporting her husband’s gubernatorial bid. Recent surveys show a fragmented field, with Randolfe Rodrigues, Lucas Barreto, Acácio Favacho, and several others clustered well behind but within striking distance of one another as candidacy registrations closed in mid-August. Trader consensus around 44-50% across listed contenders reflects this uncertainty, local coalition dynamics, and the absence of a clear runner-up in polling aggregates. Upcoming debates or final campaign alignments before the October vote could consolidate support and separate the pack for second.
