Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche stated on April 3 that the Department of Justice has released all Epstein files pursuant to the Epstein Files Transparency Act, declaring the matter closed after publishing over 3.5 million pages across prior data sets, with the DOJ disclosures page last updated February 14 showing no Data Set 13. This follows Pam Bondi's reassignment amid criticism over release pace, as millions of documents were reviewed but some remain redacted or withheld per official memos denying a client list or foreign spying evidence. Epstein survivors allege violations and hidden files, yet trader consensus reflects low expectations for Data Set 13—a sequentially labeled release on the DOJ Epstein library—appearing by the April 30 deadline, absent any announced plans or hearings.
