Recent National Weather Service and private forecasts indicate a minimum temperature near 64–65°F for Los Angeles on September 4, consistent with the long-term average low of 64.5°F. Persistent marine-layer stratus and light onshore flow are the main factors moderating overnight cooling, preventing deeper drops while daytime highs remain in the mid-70s to low 80s. Model consensus shows limited variability, with no strong offshore winds or heat-wave conditions expected to push readings notably higher or lower. Trader emphasis on the 66–67°F bin reflects the current stable pattern and typical September climatology, though small forecast adjustments in marine-layer depth or wind could shift the exact minimum within the tightly bunched leading outcomes.
