Current forecasts from the National Weather Service and other models indicate mostly sunny conditions after morning low clouds and fog for Los Angeles on September 14, supporting highs near 77–82°F and aligning with the market's heaviest weighting toward 78–81°F outcomes. Typical September marine layer effects and moderate onshore flow are expected to moderate peak temperatures near the historical average high of 76°F, though slight variations in clearing timing or wind patterns could shift readings by a few degrees. Trader consensus reflects this narrow range amid model agreement, with lower probabilities assigned to extremes given the absence of anomalous heat or strong offshore flow. Updated NWS briefings and refined model runs over the next 48 hours will likely influence any adjustments in implied odds.
