Forecast models from regional meteorological agencies currently project a daily maximum of 31–33°C for Shenzhen on September 9, aligning closely with the market’s leading implied probabilities on those exact outcomes. Subtropical monsoon moisture and possible scattered showers or thunderstorms are expected to limit daytime heating and introduce modest uncertainty in the precise peak, favoring the 32°C outcome at 37.5% over 33°C at 28.5%. Historical September averages near 31.5°C provide context, yet short-term steering patterns and cloud timing remain the dominant variables that could shift the recorded high by 1–2°C before official station data finalize the result.
