Recent forecast models from agencies like Argentina’s Servicio Meteorológico Nacional and international sources indicate a moderating trend for Buenos Aires on September 9, with northeast winds and partly cloudy conditions supporting overnight lows near 9–11°C after earlier September cold outbreaks that produced a 2.4°C minimum on the 6th. Model consensus points to gradual warming from polar air retreat, though short-term variability in steering patterns and radiational cooling under clearer skies introduces uncertainty around exact minimum thresholds. Historical September averages near 9°C provide context, yet the market’s emphasis on sub-7°C outcomes reflects trader weighting of potential forecast revisions or localized urban heat island effects ahead of final official station readings.
