Current forecasts from the National Weather Service and local models indicate a partly cloudy Monday in Denver with a high near 74–76°F, driving the market’s concentration on the 74–75°F and 76–77°F bins. Recent cooling after mid-September warmth, combined with easterly flow and modest moisture, has tempered daytime heating while keeping precipitation chances low at around 20%. Key variables include afternoon cloud cover that could suppress the peak by 1–2°F, wind direction shifts that influence downslope warming, and any last-minute adjustments to model guidance before resolution. Historical averages near 77°F provide context, yet the tight clustering of probabilities reflects genuine short-term forecast uncertainty typical two days out.
