Q2 results showed revenue of $119.8 billion (+24% YoY) and Google Cloud surging 82% to $24.8 billion with operating margins expanding to 35.6%, supported by a $514 billion backlog, though full-year capex guidance rose to $195–205 billion and free cash flow turned negative. Analysts maintain a Strong Buy consensus with average 12-month targets around $428, reflecting expectations that AI infrastructure investments will sustain advertising resilience and cloud acceleration. The next key catalyst is the October 28 earnings release, which will clarify margin trends and demand visibility against ongoing regulatory scrutiny.
