Recent polls in the Federal District Senate race show incumbent Leila do Vôlei (PDT) holding a clear lead for one of the two seats up for election on October 4, while the contest for second place remains fragmented among right-leaning contenders. Michelle Bolsonaro (PL) and Ronaldo Fonseca register as the strongest challengers in available surveys, yet multiple other candidates draw measurable support amid recent party conventions and alignments with the broader national contest. High rejection rates for prominent names, substantial undecided voters, and the mechanics of voters selecting two distinct candidates sustain tight implied probabilities across the field. Late shifts in turnout among conservative or centrist blocs, or any consolidation behind a single alternative, could separate the pack before ballots close.
