Recent forecast models from sources like GFS and ECMWF indicate a shift to cooler, unsettled conditions over Moscow on September 5, driven by a low-pressure system and southwesterly flow advecting maritime air. Cloud cover, widespread showers, and stronger winds are expected to limit daytime heating, keeping the maximum temperature near or slightly below the 18.5°C climatological average for the date. Trader consensus around 16–18°C reflects model agreement on these factors while acknowledging uncertainty in exact timing of frontal passage and precipitation intensity, which could alter peak readings by 1–2°C. Updated runs from official agencies will provide further clarity ahead of market resolution.
