Incumbent Democrat Maxwell Frost faces no Republican opponent in Florida’s 10th congressional district after the June 2026 filing deadline passed with no qualifying challengers, leading Florida officials to cancel both the primary and general elections under state law. The district carries a Cook Partisan Voter Index of D+13 and delivered Frost a 62-point margin in 2024, consistent with its urban Orlando core and long Democratic performance in presidential and House races. With only Frost on the ballot, traders assign the Democratic Party a 97.5 percent implied probability of holding the seat for the 120th Congress. A Republican victory would require an unforeseen disqualification, successful write-in effort, or last-minute procedural reversal before the November 2026 resolution window, none of which have materialized in recent filings or court actions.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
