Incumbent Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz's established fundraising advantage and track record in Broward County's Democratic-leaning district anchor trader consensus at 67.5% for the Democratic Party in the FL-25 House race. The district, rated Solid Democratic by the Cook Political Report despite a rightward trend, features a large bloc of eligible immigrant voters estimated at over 135,000, bolstering her incumbency edge. Recent Republican challenger Michael Carbonara's $2.5 million self-funding announcement signals GOP investment, yet has not eroded her lead amid Florida's tightening generic congressional ballot polls favoring Democrats slightly. August 18 primaries will clarify nominees ahead of the November 3 general election.
