Current forecast models from agencies including the Korea Meteorological Administration indicate a high near 26–27°C for Busan on September 23, driven by persistent northeasterly flow, high pressure, and partly cloudy skies that limit daytime heating while suppressing significant cooling. This aligns with trader emphasis on the 27°C and 28°C outcomes, as recent days have shown highs of 27–29°C amid a gradual seasonal decline from late-summer warmth. Historical climatology places late-September averages around 24–26°C, so the market reflects modest above-normal conditions without strong signals for further warming or rapid cooling. Model consensus remains tight ahead of the final 48-hour updates, though minor shifts in cloud cover or wind could adjust the peak by 1°C.
