Recent forecasts from multiple models, including GFS and ECMWF runs, point to a stable high-pressure ridge over northern Italy delivering clear skies and light winds on September 3, supporting daytime heating to a peak near 32°C in Milan. This aligns with current 10-day outlooks showing highs of 32–33°C amid low humidity and minimal cloud cover, modestly above the early-September climatological average of roughly 26–27°C. Model consensus remains tight with low precipitation chances, limiting downside risks from cooling showers, though slight variations in timing of peak insolation could shift the exact maximum by 1°C. Updated guidance through early September continues to favor the 31–33°C range as the most probable outcome based on observed surface conditions and steering patterns.
