Current ensemble forecasts from PAGASA and GFS models indicate daytime highs of 31–33°C in Manila on September 26 under partly cloudy skies with isolated showers and moderate humidity, aligning with late-September climatology during the shift toward the amihan monsoon. Trader consensus favoring 33°C (37.5%) and 32°C (23.5%) reflects this narrow range, tempered by El Niño-driven warmer baselines and limited direct influence from nearby Tropical Storm Queenie. Cloud cover and scattered convection are expected to cap extreme peaks, while model agreement reduces uncertainty ahead of final 48-hour updates.
